CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


1. INTRODUCTION

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of subscriptions and refund procedures for Leadmastro, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Customer Relationship Management platform operated by Kevit Technologies Private Limited (“KTPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By subscribing to Leadmastro, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Leadmastro subscription at any time by:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month

2.3 Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to Leadmastro services until the end of your paid subscription period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within the current billing period, except as outlined in Section 3

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

c) Billing Errors

  • Refunds will be processed for duplicate charges, incorrect billing amounts, or charges made in error

3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
  • Changes in business needs or circumstances
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons (subject to third-party terms)
  • Setup fees or onboarding costs
  • Data export or migration services

3.3 Partial Refunds

  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for subscriptions in exceptional circumstances
  • Such refunds are at the sole discretion of KTPL management

4. FREE TRIAL CANCELLATION

4.1 Free Trial Terms

  • Free trials can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge
  • If not cancelled before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
  • No refunds are available for automatic conversions from free trials

4.2 Trial Cancellation Process

  • Cancellations during the free trial period are effective immediately
  • Access to Leadmastro services will terminate at the time of cancellation

5. REFUND PROCESSING

5.1 Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription
  • Credit card refunds may take 2-5 additional business days to appear on your statement

5.2 Currency and Payment Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made as per availability

6. DATA AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

6.1 Data Retention After Cancellation

  • Customer data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • During this period, customers may request data export
  • After 90 days, all customer data will be permanently deleted

6.2 Account Reactivation

  • Cancelled accounts may be reactivated within 90 days by contacting customer support
  • Reactivation after 90 days will require a new account setup

7. ENTERPRISE AND CUSTOM PLANS

7.1 Custom Cancellation Terms

  • Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different cancellation terms as specified in their Service Agreement
  • Custom refund terms will be outlined in individual contracts

8. FORCE MAJEURE AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

8.1 Extraordinary Circumstances

  • KTPL is not liable for refunds due to service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control
  • This includes natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Refund Disputes

  • Refund disputes should first be addressed through our customer support team
  • If unresolved, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service

11. POLICY CHANGES

  • KTPL reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
  • Continued use of Leadmastro after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
